Jaira Financial Services (Pty) Ltd is a privately owned Financial Services Provider and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider positioned to provide a range of financial services products, contact center solutions, and business processing outsourcing services.
The key focus of Jaira Financial Services is to provide advisory and intermediary services to clients in terms of long-term, short-term insurance and to provide outsourced called center functions to companies requiring the services, in areas of sales and service functions.

Sharon Poobalan
Managing Partner
Sharon has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Durban Westville and 30 years of experience in the insurance brokerage, call center, and sales environment of the financial services sector. She has served as the Head Operations for Standard Bank Insurance Limited and also headed up the Gauteng Region ABSA Insurance. Sharon started up the 1st short-term division for the largest Liberty Life Tied agent brokerage in Gauteng before starting Jaira Financial Services.
Dolina Visser
Operations Manager
Dolina has a Bachelors degree in Commerce and has been in the banking industry for 20 years and is experienced at admin operations at management level in the financial sector. She has worked in the branch network and head office structures of the Standard Bank Group for 20 years. Dolina is responsible for the administration and finance of Jaira Financial Services.
